Before this role, he worked as a CNC machinist at Classic Turning and MFG from 1991 to 1995, at Flemming Machine Co. from 1987 to 1991, and at Truform Machine in Jackson, Michigan, from 1985 to 1987.

Mr. Milbourne's educational background laid a strong foundation for his career achievements. He completed coursework for a 100-ton Master's at the USCG Merchant Mariner Academy in 1999. He pursued studies in NCT Technology and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machining technology at Jackson College from 1987 to 1990. He graduated from Jackson High School in 1987. His proficiency with Mastercam CNC software, has been instrumental in his success within the machining industry.

The inspiration for Mr. Milbourne's career in fishing came unexpectedly from a personal experience rather than familial influence. A fishing charter booked by a girlfriend led him to meet a local captain who became a mentor. This relationship sparked his passion for fishing, leading him to work as a mate on weekends before eventually purchasing his boat and obtaining the necessary licenses to continue the journey independently.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Milbourne has been actively engaged with civic organizations such as the Brooklyn Sportsmen's Club since 2021. His involvement reflects his commitment to community engagement and fostering connections within the sporting community.

Mr. Milbourne's personal life is enriched by his love for shooting sports, particularly with shotguns and sporting plate shooting. Looking ahead, he aims to become a leader in his field and plans to retire with his wife and their two Boston terriers in the Florida Keys, where he can fully embrace the Southern Florida lifestyle.
