Prior to her current position, Ms. Pavlik was the vice president and director of business development at Leo A Daly from 2018 to 2021. Her earlier experience includes serving as the director of business development at Hedrick Brothers Construction Co. Inc. from 2008 to 2013, where she honed her skills in managing high-profile projects.

Ms. Pavlik's career began with her own venture, Tranquil Interiors LLC, where she was an interior designer from 1993 to 2008. Her concurrent role as vice president of planning and operations at Allied Capital and Development of South Florida LLC from 2002 to 2008 further expanded her expertise in real estate development.

Educationally, Ms. Pavlik earned a Bachelor of Arts in interior design from Michigan State University in 1989 and completed coursework in fundamentals of real estate development at the Urban Land Institute in 2021. Additionally, she has enhanced her knowledge as a LEED Accredited Professional.

Ms. Pavlik is actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation. Outside her professional roles, she has contributed civically as a member of the foundation board of AIA Palm Beach since 2024, a board member of Pandora's Kids since 2023 and a zoning commissioner for Palm Beach County since 2021.

Overall, Ms. Pavlik is most proud of her work as chair of the ACE Mentor Program of America since 2011, where she has dedicated herself to mentoring high school students interested in architecture, construction and engineering. Some of her efforts have gone to providing scholarships for students, and she has enjoyed witnessing them excel and return to the program.

In her personal life, Ms. Pavlik enjoys spending time with her family and frequently uses her free time to hike, raft, kayak, garden, cook, read and play the guitar. In all her work, both personal and professional, she draws inspiration from her grandmother's resilience and determination. She is also driven by her competitive nature and fear of failure, striving to leave nothing undone for herself or her team.
