Earlier in her career, she held roles at People's United Bank NA, including portfolio manager and assistant vice president from 2018 to 2019, and commercial banking associate from 2016 to 2018.
Ms. Brea began building her professional foundation through internships with The TJX Companies Inc., Deloitte, and PwC—experiences that shaped her strategic perspective and commitment to impact. She went on to earn her MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School (2022–2024), where she studied under a full scholarship and gained hands-on experience in business transformation through a consulting role at Accenture. She previously earned a bachelor's degree in managerial economics from Bentley University in 2016 and studied abroad at Universidad de Sevilla, where she focused on Spanish and economics. Inspired by her father, a lifelong entrepreneur, Ms. Brea has long been driven to explore how thoughtful business practices can create meaningful change.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Brea is deeply committed to mentorship and community advancement. Through Minds Matter Boston, she supported high school students on their path to college, providing guidance on essay writing, résumé development, and the overall matriculation process. She continues this work with Admit.Me Access, where she mentors prospective MBA candidates, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, as they navigate the graduate admissions journey. Her dedication to driving meaningful impact was recognized with Emory University's prestigious Changemaker Award, honoring her efforts to advance equity both on campus and in the broader Atlanta community—most notably through pro bono strategy work for local nonprofits. Ms. Brea also serves through Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, where she promotes financial literacy and mentors young women aspiring to enter the business world.
Throughout her journey, Ms. Brea has remained committed to improving processes and creating opportunities that uplift others—both professionally and personally. Her passion for driving impact is evident in her pro bono strategy work with nonprofits during graduate school and her continued involvement in community outreach, which she considers among her most meaningful contributions.
Outside of work, Ms. Brea finds joy in learning to play golf and hosting dinner parties with thoughtfully curated menus and wine pairings.
