An established and creative individual, Ms. Clute has served as VP Associate Creative Director at ProHealth, IPG Health, LLC, since 2024. In this role, she leads a team of six designers dedicated to crafting impactful medical communication materials. Her responsibilities include overseeing the design and development of websites, iPad applications, print materials and convention booths aimed at educating health care professionals. She ensures that all designs adhere to legal and regulatory standards while effectively conveying complex medical information.

Before her current position, Ms. Clute served as an Associate Creative Director at Pro Health, IPG Health, LLC, from 2023 to 2024. During this time, she honed her leadership skills and further developed her expertise in medical communications. Her tenure at McCann Health New Jersey from 2017 to 2022 saw her rise from Senior Interactive Art Director to Group Art Supervisor where she spearheaded the Digital Fluency Initiative, training new designers and giving tech updates to more experienced designers. In these roles, she was instrumental in creating innovative visual solutions for healthcare clients, which earned her the Bionicle Award for Best Interactive Visual Aid in 2019.

Ms. Clute's career began with a focus on retail and consumer design. From 2016 to 2017, she served as Creative Director at Hudson's Bay Company, where she led the unification the design teams of HBC's subsidiaries under the communications department. Before that, she spent five years as managing the design department at Barnes & Noble College Booksellers from 2011 to 2016, where she developed her skills in graphic design, automation and visual storytelling.

Ms. Clute's academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration focusing on Medical Illustration with a minor in Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2005 and an Associates degree in Small Business Management from community college. Her early exposure to psychology, sparked by accompanying her mother to night classes as a child, became an interest that would later influence her approach to design, particularly in understanding how visual elements affect human perception and behavior. Building on her father's teachings on how to visualize and render objects in 3D, still life drawing and blueprint drafting, she learned that success is in the details, continuously learning every aspect of design and how it affects people. Ms. Clute was actively involved in student organizations such as Phi Theta Kappa and served as treasurer for the Student Illustration Guild. She also was the first recipient of the Millenium Woman Scholarship in 2000.

Throughout her career, Ms. Clute has demonstrated a passion for creativity and innovation. She is most proud of her first pitch as lead creative for McCann Health, which secured a $5 million piece of business. Over the past two years, she has successfully spearheaded nine different pitches, winning each one and showcasing her ability to learn about new brands and concepts. She currently oversees $35 million in business across 41 brands.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Clute enjoys renovating her home as a personal hobby. Looking ahead she aspires to become a Global Creative Director with a focus on visual psychology, collaboration and education. She finds great joy in working with her team on new concepts and methods, fostering an environment of collaboration and friendly competition that enhances productivity and creativity within her department.
