He initially served as an enterprise architect at Capgemini in New York City between 2003 and 2005, where he honed his skills in designing robust IT architectures. Mr. Padinjaruveetil's journey earlier as a deputy manager at Pentasoft, an information technology (IT) services and consulting company based in Chennai, in 1998-2000, and then as a technical lead at Ness Global Solutions from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Padinjaruveetil started his career as a chemist and later worked at Madras Fertilizers Limited in Chennai for 13 years before switching to information technology.

Mr. Padinjaruveetil's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Madras University (1982), a Bachelor of Laws from Madras Law College (1995), and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi (1997). These diverse educational achievements have provided him with a strong foundation for his career transition from the chemical industry to IT and cybersecurity.

Further supporting his career accomplishments, Mr. Padinjaruveetil has received numerous certifications from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, including certified information systems auditor, governance of enterprise IT certified, certified information security manager, and risk and information systems control certified. Additionally, Mr. Padinjaruveetil holds certifications in integrated architecture frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Padinjaruveetil is actively involved in civic organizations. He volunteers with K8 Education and serves on the board of trustees for Steppingstone School for Gifted Education.
