Earlier in his career, Mr. Starrett served as branch sales manager at Royal Cup Coffee from 2013 to 2014, where he earned the Excellence in Leadership award. Moreover, he was active as a product marketing manager at Robbie from 2010 to 2013, a marketing manager at Jel Sert Company from 2008 until 2009, and a marketing manager at Berner Foods, Inc. between 2007 and 2008, among others.

Mr. Starrett's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in marketing, which he earned from Elmhurst University. Later, he attained a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University, reflecting his commitment to excellence and his dedication to continuous learning and growth in the field of business and marketing.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Starrett is deeply involved in civic-minded organizations such as the Harvest Bible Chapel, Provision Principles Ministries where he serves on the board, and The Chapel. During his tenure at Pinnacle Food Products from 1997 to 2007, Mr. Starrett achieved notable success. He collaborated with 7-Eleven and Hershey's to launch nine co-branded products, earning him 7-Eleven's Retailer Initiative of the Year Award in 2006. Additionally, he received accolades such as Excellence in Leadership from Royal Cup Coffee in 2014 and Distributive Education Student of the Year from Wheaton Warrenville High School in 1983.

Mr. Starrett credits a significant portion of his professional achievements to the guidance and support provided by his mentor, John Ply. Mr. Ply's exceptional leadership and collaborative approach fostered a sense of value and motivation within Mr. Starrett, propelling him to excel in his endeavors.
