In 2021, Ms. Easley managed J. Alexander's, a popular steak and seafood establishment where she further honed her leadership skills and gained valuable insights into restaurant operations. She had previously worked there as a server from 2020 to 2021, which provided her with firsthand experience in customer service and hospitality before she ascended into management.

From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Easley served as a sales representative for Joseph Ribkoff Inc. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she developed expertise in client relations and sales strategy within the fashion industry. Her earlier role as a visual merchandising team leader at Target from 2017 to 2019 allowed her to combine her passion for fashion with her organizational abilities as she led merchandising initiatives that enhanced the customer experience.

Ms. Easley's professional journey also includes serving as a specialist at Dillard's in Baton Rouge in 2017, where she focused on customer engagement, product knowledge and sales leadership. She worked as a bartender at The Melting Pot Restaurants Inc. in Baton Rouge from 2016 to 2017, gaining additional experience in hospitality and service management.

In 2016, Ms. Easley contributed to The Hanger Showroom in Los Angeles, California, where she expanded her understanding of the fashion industry through showroom operations and marketing initiatives. Her earliest professional experience was as a hostess at Mansurs on the Boulevard — which specializes in fine creole dishes — in Baton Rouge from 2015 to 2016.

During the early stages of her professional journey, Ms. Easley pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science in fashion merchandising with a minor in business from Louisiana State University in 2017. Her academic achievements have played a crucial role in shaping her career trajectory by equipping her with the creative and analytical skills essential for success in retail management, human resources and fashion and apparel.

Along with her academic background, Ms. Easley attributes much of her success to the influence of her mother, whose passion for fashion during her early adulthood inspired her own interest in helping others dress well and feel confident in themselves.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Easley also enjoys helping others through civic initiatives. She has served as a host and mentor for seminars on human resources and corporate fields at various high schools across Louisiana and Colorado, sharing her knowledge with students preparing for future careers. Additionally, she has mentored children with special needs through seminars focused on job interviews and entering the workforce, underscoring her desire to enhance equity and inclusion.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Ms. Easley enjoys hiking, journaling and reading during her personal time. She cherishes traveling internationally with her mother each year as a valuable opportunity for them to bond while exploring new places and cultures.
