She is also responsible for extensive marketing efforts and maintains strong relationships with realtors, ensuring that her clients receive comprehensive support throughout the lending process. Ms. Copeland works closely with her son, Eric, who has served as a loan officer since 2020, further strengthening the family's commitment to excellence in the industry. Since September 2025, she is also associated with Revolution Mortgage as a senior mortgage advisor.

Before joining CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, Ms. Copeland was a loan officer at Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corporation from 2022 to 2024. In this position, she continued to build on her expertise by guiding clients through the complexities of mortgage lending and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

From 2013 to 2022, Ms. Copeland served as a mortgage adviser at American Dream Mortgage. Her tenure was distinguished by her dedication to client service and her ability to navigate the evolving landscape of mortgage products and regulations.

Between 2009 and 2013, Ms. Copeland held the position of loan officer at Mortgage Solutions of Colorado. Here, she further honed her skills in loan origination and client relations, contributing to the company's reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Ms. Copeland's earlier career includes significant leadership experience as co-owner and general manager of Jones-Healy, Inc. Realtors from 1993 to 2006. In this role, she managed operations and led the company's growth while also conducting appraisals for eight years—a testament to her comprehensive understanding of property valuation.

Her professional journey began with thirteen years as a closer for a title company, where she developed an in-depth knowledge of real estate transactions and title processes. This foundational experience provided her with unique insights into every facet of the real estate industry.

Throughout her career, Ms. Copeland has been recognized for outstanding performance and leadership. She is most proud of being named Top Producer in Colorado in 2015, 2016 and 2018, an achievement that underscores her commitment to excellence. Additional honors include the Top Company Growth National Award from Better Homes and Gardens for two years, four Rookie of the Year Awards and being named Realtor of the Year by the Pueblo Association of Realtors.

Ms. Copeland's academic background includes earning a diploma from Pueblo County High School in 1975. She has pursued numerous certifications that have enhanced her professional capabilities. In addition to becoming a licensed private pilot in 1978 and earning credentials as a certified mortgage planning specialist, she achieved certification as a closer, received an appraisal certification and is certified to teach courses by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. These qualifications have enabled her to approach each aspect of real estate and lending with authority and confidence.

She attributes her success to genuine care for others, intelligence and an unwavering determination, qualities that have shaped both her career trajectory and her reputation among peers and clients alike. Her entry into the mortgage field was inspired by her ownership of a real estate company and extensive experience in appraisals and title closings; seeking new challenges, she ventured into mortgages and quickly discovered a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Copeland is deeply engaged in civic activities. She has been an active member of Pueblo Rotary Club 43 since 2010. She also serves on the advisory board for Salvation Army, contributes as an advisory board member at Pueblo Community College, volunteers with PAWS Animal Shelter and served on the board of Pueblo Association of Realtors for six years.
