Since 2025, she has served as a project manager at Impellam Group in Atlanta, where she is responsible for leading STEM projects and managing internal projects across multiple industries. Her role includes collaborating with the Canada work stream on its largest global project, the Canada expansion, conducting market research for the chief financial officer and coordinating across teams to ensure actionable budget allocations. Ms. Woody also oversees automation, tooling, and business-crossing mapping requirements to optimize finance and operational workflows, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to operational excellence.

Before joining Impellam Group, Ms. Woody was a commercial transformation management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. in New York City from 2021 to 2023. She initially joined the services and consulting organization in 2019 as a digital information technology strategist and consultant, where she developed digital strategies and provided technical guidance for client projects. In early 2019, Ms. Woody began working as a Planet Forward correspondent, reporting on environmental issues and sustainability initiatives. Her early career included serving as an art assistant at the Boys and Girls Club of the Los Angeles Harbor in 2017, where she supported creative programming for youth development.

Ms. Woody's academic background is both diverse and robust. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in media studies from Marymount California University in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. She also holds a Master of Science in technology management from Columbia University in New York City and a Master of Professional Studies in strategic public relations from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Woody further enhanced her professional qualifications through credentials from organizations like LinkedIn Corporation in enterprise architecture foundations, General Assembly in user experience design, and a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.

While working toward her degrees, Ms. Woody completed several formative internships. In 2018, as a design intern at Toberman Neighborhood Center, she contributed to community-focused design projects. That same year, she was a digital media intern at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. Moreover, in 2019, Ms. Woody was a communications summer intern at the Pentagon in the U.S. Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, gaining exposure to high-level policy communication strategies.

Ms. Woody's hard work earned her the Fitzgerald Fellowship Award from Marymount California University. She also received a Foreign Affairs Information Technology Fellowship for Graduate School and a designation as a George Washington Scholar. Ms. Woody's educational path was shaped by resilience and perseverance. Diagnosed with nonverbal learning disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, she learned to view these differences as strengths that shaped her academic and professional trajectory. Today, Ms. Woody is committed to civic engagement through advocacy for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and learning differences.
