Under her guidance, the clinic has earned several Best in the Community awards in 2025, including first place in health supplements, holistic wellness and weight loss and nutrition, as well as second place in beauty and health spas from the Fayetteville Community Choice Awards. Ms. Crites is particularly proud that clients consistently refer friends and family to her clinic, reflecting widespread trust in her team's rigorous standards and protocols.

Her ability to balance multiple business ventures while maintaining high standards of care has contributed to her reputation for reliability and dedication.

Her professional journey includes significant roles in defense contracting and training. In 2025, Ms. Crites began working as a simulation analyst with Client Solution Architects at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center, where she leverages her expertise in modeling and simulation to support complex military exercises. From 2024 to 2025, she was an exercise support planner with Strategic Solutions Unlimited Inc., providing critical planning for large-scale training events.

Ms. Crites previously held positions at General Dynamics Information Technology at Fort Bragg from 2021 to 2024, first as an integrated mission command systems trainer then as a training specialist advisor. Her work focused on developing and delivering advanced training solutions for military personnel, earning her the Hero Award for outstanding contributions.

Ms. Crites' military service is equally notable. She currently serves as assistant operations planner with the United States Army Reserve in Germany beginning in 2025. From 2023 to 2025, she was CPX BTL CPT OC/T with 1MCTD at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, after serving as company commander at the same location from 2022 to 2023. Her prior assignments include director of instruction at Fort Bragg with 6-108th MI BN from 2021 to 2022 and assistant operations officer and HHB Rear D commander at Fort Bragg in 2nd Brigade,82nd Airborne Division in 2020. Her earlier military roles include assistant brigade fire support officer at Fort Bragg from 2019 to 2020, executive officer in 2018, platoon leader at Fort Riley from 2017 to 2018, assistant operations officer from 2016 to 2017 and company fire support officer at Fort Riley in 2016.

Ms. Crites' academic background includes a Master of Science in terrorism and counterterrorism studies from National American University, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in international studies with a minor in psychology from Virginia Military Institute, completed in 2014. She has further enhanced her expertise through completion of the simulation operations course with Army Modeling and Simulation in 2024 and the field artillery captains career course in 2019.

Throughout her career, Ms. Crites has been recognized for her leadership and community involvement. She served as president of the Fayetteville chapter of The VMI Alumni Association Inc. from 2020 to 2025 and is an active member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. Her achievements have been acknowledged through numerous accolades, including a nomination for Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. She credits much of her success to the unwavering support of friends, family, a trusted coworker who is also her business partner, fellow franchise owner, and local business owners whose guidance has been instrumental throughout her journey.

Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Crites enjoys playing and coaching volleyball. She is dedicated to supporting her family while excelling as a mother and wife to an active-duty husband. With one son and expecting her second child in May 2026, she continues to demonstrate exceptional time management skills—balancing family life with professional responsibilities.

Looking ahead, Ms. Crites aims to advance within the military ranks toward senior leadership positions while expanding her business venture. She remains committed to promoting health and wellness by educating others about innovative approaches and supporting alternative practices within her community.
