In 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic changed customer needs and limited gatherings, she adapted by introducing shaped sugar cookies. This innovation led to increased demand for her products, particularly for events like baby showers and weddings. Her repertoire includes cookies shaped like rings, dresses, onesies and baby carriages. Among her creative projects, her Trump cookies have been notable bestsellers.

Ms. Stuckey's path to professional success is rooted in self-education and determination. Without access to formal schooling in cake decorating or baking, she taught herself through books and magazines at a time when online resources were limited. Her initial motivation was to create her own wedding cake, which sparked a deep interest in mastering decorative techniques. While working full-time at a factory and raising her daughter, born in 2002, she dedicated herself to refining her craft.

After approximately 10 years focused on decoration, Ms. Stuckey developed an interest in baking itself and began exploring new techniques following the opening of her shop. She has since expanded her skills to include scones and pastries and remains committed to ongoing education by learning about trends, such as working with chocolate and bread making. Overall, she attributes much of her success to the unwavering support of her family. Their patience during long hours at the shop and their willingness to make sacrifices have been pivotal throughout her journey.

In recognition of her success, Ms. Stuckey was named Small Business Woman of the Year by her local chamber of commerce and Woman of the Year in Business from Power of the Purse, both in 2023.
