Mrs. Garud was blessed with the opportunity to practice real estate under this legacy. Since 2024, Mrs. Garud has also served as a broker with VHP Brokers. Previously, she contributed her expertise at Guarantee Real Estate from 2016 to 2024, during which time she further honed her skills in residential transactions and client relations. Throughout her career in real estate, she has been recognized as a top producer and earned a feature on the cover of Central Valley Real Producers in 2025. Additionally, she is an active member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, underscoring her engagement with her professional network.

Mrs. Garud's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in history and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling. These disciplines have equipped her with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of human behavior — qualities that have proven invaluable in navigating complex real estate transactions and fostering lasting client relationships. She attributes her ongoing success to consistently choosing to do what is right, both privately and publicly, regardless of external recognition.

Reflecting on her journey, Mrs. Garud credits her entry into real estate to a request from Penner following the passing of his father, who had founded their family real estate team. With her children in school at the time, she saw an opportunity for personal growth and quickly excelled in the field, obtaining her real estate license within one year and taking on responsibilities beyond administrative tasks.

Outside her professional pursuits, Mrs. Garud is dedicated to civic engagement and her family. She volunteers at the Clovis Senior Activity Center: A Smittcamp Family Legacy and donates her time at Rescue Mission City Center's grocery store initiative. She and her husband have raised three sons and have shared a strong marriage for 23 years. Looking ahead, she aims to maintain high standards of service through integrity and supreme client care, ensuring that the values central to her career continue to guide every aspect of her work.
