He earned an executive Master of Business Administration in business analytics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2023, equipping him with advanced analytical and leadership skills. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in organizational communication from East Carolina University, awarded in 2018, and an associate degree in business administration and management from St. Johns River State College, completed in 2016.

Mr. Ross has further distinguished himself by obtaining a certified insurance consultant license in property and casualty from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, as well as the certified professional, life and health insurance program credential from the same organization. These certifications have broadened his expertise and contributed to his professional versatility.

Known for his ability to consistently exceed expectations, Mr. Ross has never missed a quota in any of his sales-oriented roles, underscoring his commitment to excellence and results-driven approach.
