Prior to reaching his senior counsel role, Mr. Jaquinde was a commercial escrow officer at Metropolitan Title Insurance from 2016 to 2022. During this period, he created HUD statements, negotiated loan closing directives and contributed to the company's reputation for reliability in real estate transactions. His tenure at Commercial Investment Trust (CIT) Bank from 2014 to 2016 further broadened his understanding of financial services within the real estate sector.

In 2015, Mr. Jaquinde excelled as a senior commercial escrow officer at Sun Title in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he oversaw high-value commercial closings and ensured compliance with regulatory standards for clients in the legal, real estate and lending sectors. He also worked as a trainer for SoftPro in 2014, sharing his knowledge of escrow software and implementing training exercises for end users at various client sites.

For nearly two years, Mr. Jaquinde held the position of escrow manager at ACRE Capital — formerly Alliant Capital LLC — in Southfield, Michigan, where he led teams handling tax and insurance escrows as well as reserve disbursements to guide clients through post-closing processes. As the owner of William R. Jaquinde Realty Legal Services in Clinton Township from 2009 to 2014, he gained invaluable leadership experience while providing specialized legal counsel to clients as they navigated short sales and foreclosures.

Mr. Jaquinde's earlier roles include serving as underwriting and claims counsel for Stewart Title from 2006 to 2009 — during which he trained up-and-coming agents and aided clients in title insurability — and general counsel at Devon Title Agency from 2005 to 2006. As the northwest Indiana area manager for The Talon Group from 2004 to 2005, he expanded the company's regional presence in four counties while overseeing day-to-day operations. He was also general counsel and manager at Liberty Title Agency from 2001 to 2004 and manager of the Michigan division at Meridian Bank from 1998 to 2000.

To enhance his ongoing commitment to ethical practice and professional development, Mr. Jaquinde has been an active member of several professional organizations including the State Bar of Michigan, the Indiana State Bar Association and the St. Joseph County Bar Association. Long recognized for his outstanding contributions to the real estate industry, he was honored with the Affiliate of the Year Award by the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors® in 2001.

Before venturing onto his real estate path, Mr. Jaquinde worked in sales for many years and pursued higher education following a seven-year hiatus. Encouraged by his then-wife, he enrolled at Eastern Michigan University while raising a family and working full time. As he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management in 1993, he also made an impact outside the classroom by serving as an accounting tutor as well as a faculty assistant. Driven by perseverance and self-belief, he fulfilled his academic aspirations by obtaining a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1996.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Jaquinde has made civic engagement a central part of his life. For 15 years, he collaborated with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic to provide free tax preparation services to underserved communities in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. He also served as president and treasurer of the Shady Lane Homeowners' Association in Ann Arbor, demonstrating leadership within his local community.

In his personal life, Mr. Jaquinde is a proud father of two sons and enjoys traveling as a balance to his professional responsibilities.
