SPRINGFIELD, PA, December 23, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peaches Procaccio, RN, MSN, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Procaccio has established a distinguished career in nursing and healthcare leadership, marked by more than four decades of service and expertise. As regulatory affairs manager at Temple University Health System, Inc. since 2025, she oversees compliance initiatives and regulatory standards, ensuring the organization meets evolving healthcare requirements. Her commitment to excellence in patient care and organizational integrity is evident in her meticulous approach to regulatory processes.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Procaccio served as senior clinical director of clinical nursing education, staff development, and the Wound-Ostomy department at Crozer Health in Upland, Pennsylvania, from 2019 to 2025. In this capacity, she was responsible for advancing clinical education programs and fostering professional growth among nursing staff. Her leadership contributed to the development of robust training initiatives that enhanced staff competency and patient outcomes.

From 2016 to 2021, Ms. Procaccio was also director of clinical informatics and transformational director for Cerner implementation at Crozer Keystone Health System. During this period, she achieved one of her most notable accomplishments: driving the development of content for an electronic documentation platform. Initially, using the Invision system, she led the team efforts to customize documentation via an overlay that mirrored existing paper workflows. This incremental approach familiarized nurses and physicians with digital records, easing the transition from paper-based systems and preparing the organization for eventual adoption of an electronic medical record. Her innovative strategy was particularly impactful given the health system's limited resources, as she guided the team through building a platform from scratch before acquiring a comprehensive solution.

From 2015 to 2016, Ms. Procaccio held the position of critical care nurse director at Mercy Hospital of Philadelphia, now known as PHMC Health Center on Cedar in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She managed critical care operations and provided direct oversight to nursing teams, ensuring high standards of patient care in a demanding environment.

Her earlier tenure as coordinator of clinical informatics at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, from 2012 to 2015, laid the foundation for her expertise in healthcare technology integration. She played a pivotal role in implementing informatics solutions that improved documentation accuracy and workflow efficiency across clinical departments.

Ms. Procaccio's professional journey is complemented by active involvement in industry organizations. She has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 2014, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and leadership within the nursing profession. Additionally, she participated in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and contributed to the Greater Delaware Valley chapter of the American Nursing Informatics Association from 2015 to 2019. Her engagement with ONS Penns Wood Chapter from 2010 to 2016 further underscores her dedication to advancing oncology nursing practice.

Her academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping her career trajectory. Ms. Procaccio earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Immaculata University, graduating magna cum laude. She also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Immaculata University in 2013, earning magna cum laude honors. These credentials provided a strong foundation for her leadership roles and expertise in both clinical practice and informatics.

Ms. Procaccio holds several certifications that attest to her advanced skills and commitment to professional development. She obtained advanced cardiovascular life support certification from the American Heart Association, Inc. in 2025 and basic cardiac life support certification through Crozer Health. She has maintained registered nurse licensure since earning it from Delaware County Community College in 1991.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Procaccio is dedicated to civic engagement and community service. She has served as a board member on the alum committee at Cardinal O'Hara since 2022 and has volunteered with the American Red Cross and local community initiatives since 2019.

Her contributions have been recognized with accolades, including the Future Nurse Leader Graduate Scholarship from Independence Blue Cross in 2015.

Born in Delaware County, Ms. Procaccio continues to pursue excellence within her field. She is preparing for the regulatory affairs certification exam to deepen her expertise. Driven by a desire not only to fulfill responsibilities but also to make a meaningful impact, she strives for a comprehensive understanding. She supports bedside clinicians to deliver optimal patient care.

Ms. Procaccio's career reflects unwavering dedication to nursing excellence, innovation in healthcare technology and steadfast advocacy for quality patient outcomes throughout every stage of her professional journey.
