Additionally, since 2018, Mr. Seidel has served as the chief executive officer of Flint Medical Staffing in Flower Mound, Texas. Flint Medical Staffing is a boutique agency specializing in customized staffing solutions for health care organizations, with a focus on locum tenens and permanent placements. Under his leadership, the firm supports a broad range of clients across emergency services, hospitals, clinics, urgent care centers and other health care settings, emphasizing flexibility and deep market understanding.

Earlier in his career, from 2001 to 2010, Mr. Seidel served as the director of territory sales at Staff Care. In this role, he balanced training responsibilities with maintaining a high level of sales production, earning the Producer of the Year award three times during his tenure. He also mentored and developed new hires into management roles, strengthening his expertise in sales leadership and client relations and laying a strong foundation for his subsequent executive positions.
