Prior to founding J WolfPaX, Ms. Woolverton built an extensive background in leadership development and education. She served in multiple roles with The Posse Foundation, including national veterans program director, where she supported post-9/11 veterans in their transition into higher education and leadership pathways across the country. She also facilitated leadership development programs and retreats for students, faculty and staff at institutions including Syracuse University, Texas A&M University and the University of Virginia, developing curriculum focused on leadership, communication and resilience.

Ms. Woolverton holds a Master of Social Work in organizational leadership and policy practice from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She has also completed advanced training in leadership mastery, intercultural competence and global leadership through the Global Kinship Center.

Her professional accomplishments include recognition as Best Local Business Owner by South Florida Magazine and features during South Florida Wellness Week. She has also been invited to speak at conferences and events on topics related to leadership, resilience and human performance.

Looking ahead, Ms. Woolverton plans to expand the Wolf Den through a national licensing model, increasing access to mobile wellness experiences across the United States. She is also continuing to develop programming for schools, universities and athletic organizations, with a focus on equipping individuals and teams with practical tools for resilience and performance.
