Earlier in her career, she worked as a special event coordinator for the City of Arnold, Missouri (2004–2010), where she developed strong organizational and community engagement skills.
Ms. Rivera Sokolich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Media from Webster University and a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and maintains affiliations with the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association, the Missouri Counseling Association, and the American Counseling Association of Missouri. She is also connected with the St. Louis Hero Network.
