Mr. Arnold's approach integrates both military and civilian leadership perspectives, setting him apart as a leader who brings a comprehensive understanding to every assignment.

Before his tenure at GardaWorld, Mr. Arnold worked in retail as a personal shopper at Walmart Neighborhood Market from 2020 to 2021. In this capacity, he provided personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs were met efficiently and accurately. Concurrently, Mr. Arnold worked as an overnight stocker at BJ's Wholesale Club Inc. from 2017 to 2021, where he was responsible for inventory management and maintaining store organization during non-business hours. He also held various roles with Southern Homebrew Beer & Wine Supply and Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins, dating back to 2012, where he gained valuable experience in customer service, daily operations, and staff management.

Beyond his professional responsibilities in security and retail, Mr. Arnold contributed as an assistant basketball coach at New Smyrna Beach High School from 2013 to 2019. In this role, he mentored student-athletes and fostered teamwork and discipline on and off the court.

In addition to his civilian roles, Mr. Arnold honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. Since 2017, he has served as an Avengers crew section sergeant, where he leads teams in air defense operations and applies both traditional military leadership and innovative civilian strategies. Mr. Arnold's career in the military included his role as a concrete and asphalt equipment operator, supporting infrastructure projects vital to military operations. He also served as a temporary technician in surface maintenance repair, contributing technical expertise to equipment upkeep, and was an administrative noncommissioned officer, handling critical administrative functions that supported mission readiness.

Mr. Arnold's educational background includes a vocational certificate in criminal justice with a focus on law enforcement administration from Seminole State College of Florida, earned in 2018. He also secured an unarmed security officer credential in 2021 and an armed security officer credential in 2025 through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Mr. Arnold's commitment to excellence in air defense has been recognized through numerous awards and honors throughout his military service. Among these accolades was the Meritorious Service Medal, awarded in 2025 for his recent deployment, a distinction equivalent to the Bronze Star Medal. Other honors have included a Joint Service Commendation Medal, a Joint Service Achievement Medal, an Army Achievement Medal, an Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal and an Armed Forces Reserve Medal with M Device.
