Over the course of his career, he has held varying positions, which have included commercial and industrial title officer and sales specialist. Following a successful stint in sales and the entertainment sector, he made the decision to make a vocational switch into the hospitality industry. Now celebrating his first anniversary with North American Title Company, Mr. Sullivan excels in hospitality, commercial real estate transactions, sales, refinances and construction loans. He is primarily responsible for issuing title insurance policies, overseeing new business development, title and escrow insurance, and establishing professional relationships within the hospitality community. Mr. Sullivan offers his services on a limited international basis and is proud to have reached an excess of 60,000 individuals through the circulation of a hospitality newsletter.

In honor of his outstanding professional efforts, Mr. Sullivan was inducted into the Presidents Club on several occasions by his former employer and was recognized for the highest dollar transaction closed in a single year with an estimated $2 billion in closed hospitality transactions. To date, he and his group have closed nearly $16 billion in hospitality transactions. More recently, he was named VIP of the Year by Cambridge Publishing for the 2008-2009 year. Mr. Sullivan and his son are second- and third-generation title insurance agents.
