Dr George Shapiro - Esteemed New York City Cardiologist Has Case Dismissed For Allegations Of Harassment And Wrongful Termination By Former Employee

On March 24th 2015 the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York has dismissed the case of harassment and wrongful termination against Dr. George Shapiro

    NEW YORK, NY, August 07, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. George Shapiro has been officially dismissed in the United States District Court - Southern District of New York from claims and allegations of sexual harassment in March of 2014. Officially, the case was dismissed with prejudice on March 24th 2015. In the formal legal realm the term "dismissed with prejudice" simply means that the case has been dismissed permanently and cannot be brought back to court.

An accomplished Cardiologist having academic training from the University of California, State University of New York and New York Medical College. With Post-Graduate training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
