LAKEVIEW, AR, March 9, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jean M. Beat, Jewelry Maker & Leather Crafter, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in specialty product sales.
Ms. Beat has been creating leather crafts for 40 years, and started making jewelry five years ago. In addition to working as a leather crafter, jeweler and embroider, she has worked for Mary Kay Inc. for 12 years. During her career, she has had the opportunity to make hand-tooled covers for a set of picture albums for the Arkansas Educational TV Network; one set was sent to the Smithsonian Institute.
A standout amongst her peers, Ms. Beat was honored with an award from the Arkansas Educational TV Network in 1988. She is a former member of the Handcrafters Association. In the near future, Ms. Beat intends to move in to her new shop.
