Specializing in courtroom management and dispute mediation, Judge Crouch has 24 years of experience in her field. For the last 16 years, at the Bexar County Courthouse, she has overseen the court and presided over cases involving civil, criminal and family law. She also organizes school programs and law-related education. Her court has supported graffiti and neighborhood clean-ups. Inspired to enter her profession by her father, an attorney, she attributes her success to her hard work and ability to work well with others.

The recipient of a JD from St. Mary's University and a BBA from Baylor University, Judge Crouch is a member of the Bexar County Women's Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. She has been honored by La Prensa Foundation, Inc. for her community services. During her tenure, Judge Crouch has been able to maintain the lowest criminal backlog, while still hearing civil and family cases. In the future, she hopes to advance her career; she also intends to become involved with public policy and education as she transitions back to the private sector in January of 2011.
