LOS ANGELES, CA, March 23, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- King Ice, a leading men's streetwear brand, aims to create new, affordable watches that take inspiration from high-end watch makers.
At launch, King Ice will feature five, CZ-watch styles, each featuring four colorways—14K gold, 14K rose gold, black, and rhodium--to provide 20 different watches. Each timepiece features more than 400 hand-set stones that line the band, face and bezel of each watch to create a street-inspired look. In addition, each watch comes made from a stainless steel band, face and clasp to improve its durability and weight.
According to creative director and owner Cuong Diep, "We wanted to move away from cheap, low-end watches that use glued on stones. Instead, we spent a lot of time creating and designing watches that used hand stone settings. More importantly, we wanted to create watches that looked high-end, but at an affordable price."
Having spent three months developing the collection, the watches look to provide another sales category to generate revenue for the company. More importantly, the collection looks to ensure the market control for King Ice over CZ-style watches. King Ice intends to market and push these watches to men ages 18-35 looking for a high-end watch, but without the price.
