The service is included in the Cloud Contact Center Package and costs between 19 and 99 euros per month, depending on the number of connected users.
Telephone scripts enable an operator answering a call to receive quick interactive tips in a user-friendly format. Scripts may be used by call centers and sales departments to provide technical and customer support, quality control of customer service, or for cross-selling purposes. Integrated scripts help decrease the time it takes to train staff, allow companies to test and optimize sales and support scripts, and help to put telephone operators at ease before starting conversations with clients.

The service allows changes to be rapidly introduced to scripts while saving previous versions, allowing operators to return to them if necessary. The script is fully compatible with the telephony system, so the needed text automatically appears before the eyes of the operator as soon as a telephone call is received.
