Like its competition, this is a customer-driven loyalty solution based on consumer visits instead of monetary spend, but there are some significant key differences that set this solution apart. "Over the last few years, we have seen some heavy gorilla style marketing from companies venturing into the loyalty arena with large capital investment behind them," says Brett Perlman, managing partner of Preferred Market Solutions, LLC.
