Stewart was recently the VP of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll for WorldVentures. She helped establish a global compensation framework, a robust benefits strategy and recognition platform, and an award-winning Living Well program that launched WorldVentures as #24 for Top 100 Healthiest Employers in 2017, and #25 out of 40 for Dallas Business Journals Healthiest Employer Award for North Texas in 2016.
