In response, a free online webinar titled, "Your Brain on Leadership Part 2" will be held Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. PST. The webinar will focus on bringing brain science into the world of leadership.---
The webinar will be hosted by Jennifer McCusker, Ph.D., Director of Global Talent Management and Retail HR at Oakley Inc. McCusker has spent the past 10 years studying the concept of customer experience management and brings a very different perspective that challenges conventional thinking. Webinar attendees will have an opportunity to understand her passion for experience management and how the study of neuroleadership is influencing the work being done in areas such as coaching, performance management and change management.
