Grading Underway for New Townhome Neighborhood in Coastal San Diego's Carmel Country Highlands Master-planned Community

Earth movers are moving once again in coastal North San Diego County where grading is underway at Highlands Village, a neighborhood of resort-style townhomes by Pardee Homes. 167 homes and a private clubhouse and recreation facility are planned.
