Only 52% of Energy Customers Satisfied with Customer Service

The latest independent Customer Satisfaction Report from uSwitch.com reveals a 6% increase in the number of customers satisfied with their energy supplier. However, customer service remains a thorny issue with only 52% of people satisfied.
