New York City's Push for Hybrid Black Cars is Stalled, But the Corporate Transportation Group Continues to Expand its Fleet

Mayor Bloomberg announced higher fuel standards for NYC's black cars in 2008, but two years later they have yet to be implemented. In the mean time, CTG has continued to expand its hybrid fleet as customer demand remains strong.
