Clariti Eyewear Wins Aspex Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Clariti Eyewear, a distributor of eyewear frames, was awarded a victorious ruling from the United States Court of Appeals. Clariti had been sued by Aspex/Contour for purportedly infringing two patents for magnetic clip-on eyewear.
