Report: Many Stolen, Unrecovered Autos Lacked Insurance

Although comprehensive auto insurance may cover costs related to theft, nearly 40 percent of the outstanding stolen autos in 2010 lack any type of coverage, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
