American Community Television Calls on AT&T to Make PEG Channels Available to the Blind and Vision Impaired Community

AT&T U-verse system discriminates against Public, Educational and Government (PEG) access television channels and the blind by grouping all the channels in a region on Channel 99 requiring the use of an onscreen menu.
