DoubleCheck LLC has completed the purchase of S-O Comply from onProject, Inc.

OmniE Labs has formed a new company, Double Check LLC (dba DoubleCheck ) to acquire and combine the S-O Comply SOX compliance software sales, marketing, and customer support resources from onProject with the software engineering, development, management and executive team from OmniE Labs.
