Swiss ICERTAS Takes Over Best Buy Award and QUDAL

The innovative certifying programs, the Best Buy Award and QUDAL, which are extremely successful on the East Europe market, will be taken over by the Swiss company ICERTAS GmbH from January 19th 2012.
