Pfizer has announced a recall of one million packages of birth control pills due to defective packaging. The recall is of Lo/Ovral 28 and Norgestrel/Ethinyl Estradiol birth control pills manufactured by Pfizer and sold by Akrimax Pharmaceuticals.
