Birmingham Attorney Questions Alabama Texting Ban Proposal

The Alabama legislature is close to passing a law that would ban texting while driving, pending a final vote by the Senate. Similar measures have met with defeat over the last few years, but it is expected to pass during the 2012 legislative session.
