Pint-sized U.N. Celebrates Halloween at Habana Outpost

Imagine a miniature United Nations with painted faces, lots of candy, arts and crafts and a haunted house. On Saturday, October 27th, all of these elements will come together when the NYChildren Photography Project celebrates Halloween at Habana Outpost.
