With the hiring of brand new executive chef Craig Rosado, Fort Lauderdale Marriott North is setting themselves up for a successful Fort Lauderdale, FL restaurant opening slated for February 2008. The hotel's current restaurant will become a BlueFire Grille on February 1, 2008 to much anticipation.
