Plano Surgeon Travels to Ecuador on Medical Mission to Restore Sight

Plano ophthalmologist Dr. Dain Brooks has recently returned from a mission trip sponsored by Vision Outreach International where, along with other volunteer surgeons, he performed vision-saving cataract surgery at no cost to needy patients.
