DesktopIP Corporation and ESPRIT DATA Limited Enter Into a Joint Venture Agreement for International Network Operations

ESPRIT DATA Limited and DesktopIP Corporation have agreed to form a corporation to be called "OPCO Limited" to manage Network Centers around the world which support the Virtual Computer as a Service system marketed by both organizations.
