Historic RittenhouseTown to Honor John Mercanti, 12th Chief Engineer/Sculptor of The United States Mint

Calling John Mercanti an "important but somewhat unsung American artist," the Board of Directors of Historic RittenhouseTown located in in Fairmount Park, will be awarding the 2017 David Rittenhouse Award at its annual gala in May.
