Forty-Two Skagit County, Washington, Students Receive $945,000 in STEM-Focused Scholarship Funding from the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship Program

A record number of Skagit students will each receive a maximum of $22,500 towards in-state bachelor's degrees from the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship Program.
