Stetson University Professors Co-author The Right to a Clean and Healthy Environment Amendment to the Florida Constitution

The "right to a clean and healthy environment" proposed amendment to the Florida Constitution, co-authored by Stetson professors Clay Henderson and Lance Long, will be considered by the Florida CRC Judiciary Committee in Tallahassee on Nov. 28.
