Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts to Receive $15,000 Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts

National Endowment for the Arts Chairman Mary Anne Carter announced an Art Works award to the Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts for the Paterson Music Project's Saturday Community Music Program.
