Frank Joseph Lorentzen Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in National Defense

During his retirement ceremony in June 2008, Mr. Lorentzen received six certificates including an End-of-Tour Award - Meritorious Service Medal signed by Vice Admiral M.G. Williams Jr. for the President of the United States.
