PromoCard Services Upgrades Music Download Site BallyhooMusic.com to Offer Over 3 Million DRM-Free Digital Songs

PromoCard Services, a national provider of digital promotions, has announced the launch of an upgraded version of its Ballyhoo Music digital music store (www.BallyhooMusic.com). The new platform will go live in the beginning of May 2009.
