Furthermore, Mr. Hartman has represented small, mid-size, national and international companies in this role with a firm that has been in continuous practice for 88 years.

An expert in his field, he has earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Tulane University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa. Currently, Mr. Hartman is pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Alabama Law School.

A fourth generation of Hartmans has graduated law school and passed the Maryland Bar. Edward IV works with the firm and Christian is an Assistant State's Attorney for Anne Arundel County, facts of which Mr. Hartman is especially proud. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, he is affiliated with the Maritime Law Association, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Maryland Bankers Association. For his professional excellence, he was honored by Martindale-Hubbell on numerous occasions and was featured in the 10th edition of Who's Who in American Law.
