RollCall Business Conferencing Increases Capacity Two-fold To Support Growth in Conferencing

RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions is pleased to announce today that it has completed the expansion of its Jacksonville, Florida facilities with the purchase and implementation of new VoIP capable conferencing bridges.

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL, May 26, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- RollCall Business Conferencing Solutions is pleased to announce today that it has completed the expansion of its Jacksonville, Florida facilities with the purchase and implementation of new VoIP capable conferencing bridges. This represents a 100% increase in RollCall's available port capacity. The newly installed conferencing bridges will be used to support the demand in reservationless unattended audio conferencing traffic and large operator assisted conference calls. RollCall anticipates that the already solid demand for teleconferencing services will increase even more as businesses identify audio and web collaboration as the preferred tool to conduct productive and cost effective meetings.

"We are dealing with an unprecedented demand for teleconferencing services. Businesses are now choosing to host large scale event meetings using conferencing operators to assist with their high touch calls, and turning to an experienced provider that can readily support their requirements," said Fred Lloyd, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and head of RollCall Conferencing. "These growth efforts are ongoing and we intend to continue to increase bridge capacity over the course of the next year. In fact, within the next 90 days, RollCall intends to triple our conferencing capacity beyond these newly installed bridges," said Lloyd.

This recent expansion enables RollCall to support even the largest of conference call events, with the same level of support, customization options and superior service it currently delivers to its more than 2,000 business accounts. Between 2007 and 2009, RollCall's operator managed calls more than doubled and is on track to surpass the aggressive growth rate it projected for 2009. RollCall attributes its growth in both audio and web conferencing to the familiarity of conferencing in the workplace, economic conditions reducing travel, and the company's superior "high touch" service coupled with its unique "no contracts" value proposition.
